About UsOnTrack is a Taipei-based content marketing agency. We work with regional and international brands across gaming, finance, consumer tech, and lifestyle — producing short-form video, brand films, and paid ad creative that performs. Our production volume is growing, and we're building a small circle of trusted freelance partners we can rely on project after project.

The PartnershipThis is not an in-house position — it's an ongoing freelance relationship. We brief, you edit, we ship. You get a steady pipeline of scoped projects from one agency instead of chasing clients, and we get an editor whose work we trust without a second pass. Projects range from 30-second Reels and TikToks to longer brand films and campaign videos — including color grading, so what you hand back is finished, not almost-finished.
這不是一個全職職位，而是一段長期的自由接案合作關係。我們提供簡報，你負責剪輯，我們一起交付作品。你可以從單一機構獲得穩定、明確定義的專案來源，不必四處尋找客戶；我們則獲得一位作品品質值得信賴、不需要反覆修改的剪輯師。專案範圍從 30 秒的 Reels 和 TikTok 影片，到較長的品牌影片與行銷活動影片——包含調色，交回來的就是完成品。

- →Proven editing experience across both short-form and long-form video — you move between a 30-second Reel and a 10-minute film without dropping quality
- →Color grading skills — DaVinci Resolve or equivalent; your grade holds up on client review
- →Working proficiency in English and Chinese — briefs, feedback, and on-screen text come in both
- →Reliability above all — deadlines are met, files are organised, exports are correct the first time
- →Strong sense for pacing, sound, and platform-native rhythm
- →Self-managed — you scope your time honestly and communicate early when something shifts

- →Experience editing for brands or agencies in a commercial context
- →Familiarity with trend-driven, social-first editing styles
- →Capacity for recurring monthly volume, not just occasional availability
